MMA Vietnam was established to fulfill MMA’s mission in local market.
The MMA Vietnam also fosters industry and organizational growth through the adoption of mobile marketing practices and the reduction of market friction. Essentially, the goal is to make it easier and more practical to buy, sell, create, and protect the mobile experience throughout the path-to-purchase globally and regionally.

Thuy Chu is Head of Strategic Planning at Adtima, a leading mobile first platform that helps businesses acquire real results from real users. Before devoting her work to Adtima, Thuy served as Associate Digital Director at Mindshare Enterprise in which she has contributed to the strong foundation to the continuous and sustainable leadership of Mindshare Vietnam. Under her leadership, the team has achieved unprecedented successes and award-winning projects to clients. Thuy started her adventure in Digital Industry as Digital Planner, and then accelerating her digital career to become a Sales Strategist, and finally a Sales Manager at Yahoo! Vietnam. During those 05 years, she had hold crucial roles; in which she was most recognised in developing key market monetisation strategy, successfully cultivating and fostering relationships with strategic partners and delivering Yahoo! Vietnam business ambition.

Sanjay has been in the industry for over 25 years working in the US and across Asia Pacific.
Completing his MBA/MIM from Thunderbird in Arizona, he set off to find fame and fortune in New York and started working at Y&R New York. In his 7 years at Y&R NY, he worked on clients like AT&T, KFC, Dupont, Colgate, new business development and the US Postal Service.
Sanjay was then assigned to Singapore where he joined Y&R Asia in August 1999 as Regional Account Managing Director running the Citibank business across Asia Pacific.
He then became the Chief Client Officer responsible for managing Global/ Regional Client Partners such as Accenture, ABN Amro, PMI, Campbells, Caltex, Tiger Beer, the Discovery Channel, Danone, TNT, SPH Search, Cerebos and Sony. He was also the Regional Director overseeing Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and Indochina.
After 10 years in Singapore, his adventure continued on as he moved to Bangkok as CEO of Y&R Thailand. After 2 years of growing the Thai office in creative excellence and new business, he took over as the CEO of Indochina and Thailand.
Further accolades led him to be promoted to overseeing Y&R in South East Asia while continuing to run Y&R Thailand operationally where he has driven double digit growth year on year. He had oversight of Vietnam, Myanmar, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. Under his leadership Y&R SEA was Campaign’s Agency Of The Year and Y&R Thailand has picked up metal at the AOY for 3 years.
In 2018, Sanjay moved from Y&R to his next adventure as the CEO Of DAN Indochina. Sanjay believes in building teams, working with terrific people and tremendous clients. He now lives in HCMC away from with his wife and 2 children. He is constantly collecting vinyl records and finding ways to get to the gym.

Mr. Khoi Le is Head of Global Business Group, Vietnam at Facebook, based in Singapore. Khoi leads the team focusing on supporting and driving greater value for businesses in Vietnam across several industries, such as eCommerce, consumer goods, financial services, and tech and telco.
Previously, Khoi was the Head of Client Solutions at Facebook where he led the development of breakthrough marketing strategies and digital business solutions. Prior to Facebook, Khoi was the Business Development Director for Visa Inc., where he managed the strategic relationship between Visa and leading financial institutions and fintech companies in Vietnam and Laos.
Khoi has a strong passion for connecting people and businesses through digital. Khoi holds an MBA from University College Dublin in Ireland.

Basker has over 30 years of work experience across multiple functions including finance, consulting, Business P&L, Alliances, M&A, Marketing, Analytics, Digital Transformation and Customer Experience. His experience was gained in global institutions such as Standard Chartered Bank, Mashreq Bank, Damac Properties, Zafin Labs, MasterCard Worldwide, Schlumberger and Ernst&Young. During his career, he has lived and worked across Australia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Dubai, Singapore and now Vietnam. As a key member of the C-suite (CMO/CEO/CCO), he is credited with delivering significant brand growth and business profits.

A seasoned marketing and business lead with nearly 20 years of experience in consumer marketing and business management across various disciplines and leading Fast Moving Consumer Good companies in Vietnam. In January 2018, Tu Thai was appointed Director of Specialized Nutrition business. Encompassed with this appointment she became a FrieslandCampina Management team member, as well as a Global Specialized Nutrition Business Group Management team member. This move followed her strong 7 year career in FrieslandCampina Vietnam. Under her leadership, Friso business has achieved solid successes and transformational milestones in strengthening brand health becoming #1 brand in Infant Milk Powder market, acquiring new users, and reshaping the business model for profitable growth. She concurrently leads digital transformation for FC Vietnam across functions in collaboration with FC Global Digital Leaders. Prior to that, she was New Business Development Director, in charge of new product innovations and Marketing Manager for dairy based beverage product group.
Before joining FrieslandCampina Vietnam, Tu Thai had worked for Unilever 8 years. Her last assignment was the Business Unit Director for Unilever Vietnam Oral Care business. Prior to that, she worked on a few categories at Unilever Vietnam as Business Unit Director for Household Cleaner product groups, and Group Brand Manager for Deodorant category. She also championed Innovation Process Management for Unilever Vietnam. Tu Thai has an MBA from University of California Irvine (UCI) and a Business Management graduate degree in HCMC University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology.

Ninh Do is currently the Vietnam Country Marketing Manager for Google, responsible for product localization and strategy and supports different business lines for the company. Prior to Google, she has over 10 years in banking industry, specialized in digital, marketing, customer experience and insights, and was working for the top international banks, namely Citi and HSBC. Born, raised and worked in Vietnam with international experience, she is passionate about her net contributions and of the company she works for, to move her country, Vietnam, forward.

With over 30 years of industry experience, Neil has had managing roles in agencies in the UK, Hungary and Greater China. He joins MEC from a position as CEO of WVI Group, the joint venture holding company for WPP’s brands in Russia including Maxus, MEC, MediaCom, Mindshare, GroupM and JWT.
Neil started his career as a graduate trainee with Saatchi & Saatchi in London, before moving on, nine years later, to become CEO of the ad agency’s operation in Budapest. Relocating to Asia, Neil was then named CEO of first Saatchi and Saatchi in Taiwan and then of Publicis in China. He was announced as the CEO of WVI Group in 2008.

Currently, Mr. Toan holds the position of Senior Vice President of Marketing at Suntory Pepsico Vietnam. Before that, he was Head of Marketing of Masan Beverage and Vinataba – Philip Morris Indochina, and also served as CMO of Masan Foods, leading the company in the fastest growth period from 12/2008 to 09/2011. Mr. Toan also used to be Customer Marketing Director of Home care, Personal care… for 9 years working at Unilever. Through out that time, Mr. Toan received many prestigious awards from Regional Unilever including “Regional Golden Award”, “Global Path to Grow”, Silver “Asia’s Best Brand Experience”. He also initiated the famous campaign “OMO Tet” and “Dirt is Good” of Unilever Vietnam. Being the former Sunlight Brand Manager, he brought Sunlight to the number 1 brand in the market. The greatest thing to mention is Mr. Toan is the one and only Vietnamese person participating in Board of 50 Judges in Asia Marketing Effectiveness Awards (AME) 2013.
